- Response body schema with examples

Scan the codebase for:
- Route definitions and controllers
- Request/response type definitions
- Validation schemas
- Middleware and guards
- Error handling patterns
Generate documentation in OpenAPI/Swagger format when applicable. Also create human-readable markdown docs with curl examples.
