### Root Cause
OGNL injection in the `Content-Type` header parser.

Affected Versions

  • Apache Struts 2.5.0 - 2.5.32
  • Not affected: 2.5.33+

Impact

  • Complete server compromise
  • Data exfiltration
  • Lateral movement in cloud environments

Mitigation

  • Upgrade to Apache Struts 2.5.33+
  • WAF rule: block OGNL patterns in Content-Type header
  • If upgrade not possible: apply virtual patching via WAF
